With this plan G1 Gas offers you a total outsource plan at a monthly cost over a period of time. Investing in a lump sum is not necessary; merely sign a monthly debit order as part of the terms and conditions. The debit order amount will depend on the services that you select.
Investing in a G1 Gas appliance includes consultancy, online services via telephone, WEB, video and SMS, the use of Skype or Messenger for a period of the first three months; onsite consultancy as per requirement. The transfer of knowledge, first line training and delivery of material will be in electronic format via CD or e-mail; and the use of a certified gas installer at reduced installation costs, if booked through our online system.
- G1 Gas will provide you with your gas cylinders – no more queuing; place your order with us.
- G1 Gas will manage your water heating process for you – supply the gas geyser under this plan.
- G1 Gas will manage your other gas appliance needs – service repairs and replacements.
- Automatic measuring of your gas usage – we will measure your gas usage.
- Automatic exchange of your cylinders - we will exchange your cylinders when necessary.
- Automatic reconnection and moving of your cylinders – we will reconnect and carry the cylinders for you.
- Holding stock for customers on the automatic measurement plan – we will do stock control to ensure stock availability and your uninterrupted gas supply.
- Proactive maintenance – we will proactively service and maintain your appliance.

These plans are only valid when a certified G1 Gas installer was used, as listed on the G1 Gas web site. All warrantees are void if a non certified installer is used to install a G1 Gas appliance or any other gas appliance covered under the above services.

Platinum Plan Services
The G1 Plus Platinum service plan’s main objective is to offer alternative energy sources to the potential user in an affordable manner over a period of time. The plan consists of different service modules that can be selected from.
The format of the Platinum Plan is based on a minimum contractual period of three (3) years by monthly debit order. This is the only available method. The contract may be renegotiated after this period. The legal entities will be the legal owner of the building as per the deeds registrar’s office and the service provider. The contract will be carried over to the new owner.
